As the owner of a pet, you know that pet accidents are bound to happen. My sofa was only 6 months old when my eldery dog begun having accidents...on it. I left a voice mail asking for a quote. I received a call back actually apologizing that I wasn't called back sooner (it was only a couple of hours). The quote was right on target with what I hoped to pay and they were more than accommodating in scheduling my appointment. The day of my appointment, John arrived promptly at 9am. He was professional but yet also very personable. He took the time to explain each step he was taking to clean/deodorize my sofa. From start to finish I coudn't have been more pleased!!!!
